Shipping Policy

Shipping Method: 

We offer worldwide complimentary shipping on all orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been picked up by the courier.

 

Shipping Time:

Most of the pieces are made to order and hand-cut in our workshop the day you submit the order. You should allow approximately 7-9 days for us to produce the piece once your order is processed and then 2-3 days for shipping. As soon as your order is dispatched by us, you will receive a tracking number to track your order. If you need to receive your package before a certain date, you can email us at skewltd@gmail.com and we will do the necessary for you to have your piece in time.

 

*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing store credit for the item(s) not in stock.*

 

*Please allow up to 13 - 15 business days (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order. Customized Orders may take upto 3 weeks.
